The good in me bows to the good in you. We all are one.

My name is Agastya Kapoor. I’ve had my share of wounds, failures, mistakes, rejections, betrayals, heartbreaks, terminal illnesses, near-death experiences, loss of loved ones, and a lot of good and joyful moments.

From a runner in a small shop to a C-level executive of a mid-sized corporate to a healer and life coach, the journey has been a roller coaster ride, and I’ve seen the drill.

I was deeply wounded before I healed myself. I was invited to the festival called LIFE before I decided to become THE WOUNDED HEALER.

I believe that the meaning of life is to find your gifts, and the purpose is to give it all away.

It was in 2013, that I realized the higher purpose of life and initiated a 4-year-long sabbatical and explore my true self, and transform.

Under the guidance of many spiritual mentors, mystics, hermits, scientists, psychologists, rationalists, and radical thinkers, I’ve taken the road less traveled and that has made all the difference.

I’ve done numerous online and offline courses — and workshops — in psychology, mental health, self-transformation, inner well-being, emotional wellness, and spirituality from various domestic and international learning institutes, community groups, and hermitages in India.

Good books and wanderlust is a recipe of an ideal life.

Books have a lasting impact and I love reading. I’ve read many books on various topics and ancient scriptures of different faith systems. I’m also an avid traveler and have traveled across India; as a solo traveler cum seeker.

Creativity is my drug!

I’ve worked on award-winning multimedia projects and earned several accolades for doing community service to bring social transformation — from the Indian Army and Navy, PMO, Maharashtra Police, Art of Living, etc.
