What’s healing?

Healing is a natural process of restoring your mind, body, and soul to a healthy state of being.

It’s also a fine blend of holistic counseling and life coaching that allows people to discuss their problems and feelings in a confidential and dependable environment. It’s NOT like a traditional psyhclogical counseling. Instead, it’s a way of working with yourself and your natural powers of emotions, consciousness, intuition, etc.

A healer is trained to listen with empathy. He or she offers a more integral approach of both scientific and alternative healing modalities that include mind, body, and soul.

Healing involves helping people make needed changes in ways of thinking, feeling, and behaving, and is a goal-based collaborative process, involving a non-judgmental, supportive healer who works with a client in telling his or her story, setting viable goals, and developing strategies and plans necessary to accomplish these goals.

It’s an act of empowerment! It helps you towards higher consciousness, self-realization, and inner well-being.

What’s a wounded healer?

The term was coined by psychologist Carl Jung. The idea states that a healer is compelled to help others because the healer was once wounded.

Wounded healers are often working in service to others through their careers because they have experienced a lot of physical and psychological challenges themselves.

They’ve got the unique ability to fearlessly channel wisdom, combined with their own humanity and unfolding life story and through their passionate personal stories. They’re empowered by their own healing path who have traveled the emotional dark underworlds of human misery and survived to tell others what a beautiful blessing life is.

Wounded healers offer a more integral approach of both scientific and alternative healing modalities that include mind, body, and soul.

The need for healing

Going to a healer

First of all, it can be difficult to look for help if you’ve been having difficulties with your mental health. So, well done on taking the first step and doing something proactive about it.

Your first meeting with a healer is a chance for you to talk about the difficulties you’re facing, how they’re affecting you and what you would like to get from your healing sessions. Most sessions last about an hour or so.

Myths about healing
  • Asking for help is a sign of weakness: Contrary to this belief, it takes a great deal of emotional strength to seek help for problems that may be too overwhelming to manage alone.
  • A healer will fix my problems right away: The goal of healing is not for someone else to fix your problems but to set goals for yourself. Solving those problems may involve working with your healer to explore your feelings, thoughts, and behaviors. In doing so, you can explore your options and make a decision for how to best achieve your goals. You’re the best one to fix your problems!
  • A healer can’t understand what I am going through, because they’re not going through it themselves: We agree that each individual is unique, and to achieve a complete understanding of one’s situation is very difficult. However, a wounded healer has been wounded once like you and understands your situation well.
What exactly happens during a session?

After having completely understood what your challenges and goals are, we start addressing the thinking patterns you have developed over time which make you feel stuck or where you lose power. Our conversations will be all about helping you see what you yourself are blind to. When you start seeing yourself through a healer’s eyes, you start noticing what is really is topping you to be the best version of you. With every session, you make progress in terms of seeing your world — and yourself — in a new light. That itself opens up new possibilities which didn’t exist earlier.

Can’t I deal with my challenges on my own?

You may or may not. People who reach out to me are people who have tried dealing with life’s challenges on their own but eventually made little or no progress. A good reason to seek external help is if you want to save yourself months or years of further frustration and suffering; other than a lot of money.

Does digital or online healing help?

Healing services — digital or online — are just as effective as in-person services. A growing number of people are using digital or online healing as a replacement for office visits.

Digital or online healing is also filling the unmet need for people located in remote areas, for physically challenged, and for people who have reaching appointments during normal business hours. It can connect the healer with anyone across the globe.

It saves a lot of time, money and energy is often an affordable option!

When shall I feel better?

There’s no set timetable for how long it will take until you feel better. Relief may come from a variety of sources, including making changes in your thoughts, behaviors, relationships, and choices, and may take time to achieve. However, many people report that healing can be helpful even after the first session. But 3 sessions are advisable!

This may be because of the relief that comes from deciding to seek help, or an opportunity to speak about problems for the first time with someone who is impartial and non-judgmental.

What is the mode of a session?

All personal sessions are done through phone or WhatsApp audio or video chat. That means my service is accessible to you, irrespective of where you’re in the world, and it’s so easy!

I prefer a video chat as it’s a much better way to understand each other through verbal and non-verbal communication.

Payment terms

Payment is to be made 100% in advance. This is a standard payment norm in the industry globally. It’s simple, the advance payment naturally binds clients into the engagement till the end, brings in more seriousness into their use of the healing process and keeps them focused on what’s most important to them.

Cancellation, rescheduling and refund policy

You’re the master of your life! If you need to cancel a booking, you’ll be entitled for a 100% refund, provided you do it 24 hours before the appointment. The refund takes some time to hit your bank, so please be patient.

Not all my products or services have a fixed price. There’re some that allow to pay you whatever you feel like. This gives you more flexibility to check out my potential and it’s also a way out if you can’t afford a fixed pricing at the moment.

Who shouldn’t spproach you?

Anyone suffering from serious mental or physical issues, or having a clinical or medical challenge shouldn’t be considering to approach me. I wouldn’t be able to do much in this scenario.

Also, if you’re one of those who has a chronic negative mindset and doesn’t really want to change yourself, or you’re a person who always wants someone else to sort out your life, please don’t even think of approaching me — I don’t want to work with you.

Although there may be rare expections, I only help them who want to really help themselves.

Do you provide therapy or medical assistance?

Not at all! I ain’t a medial practioner or psychotherapist and hence don’t indulge in therapies or madical assistance of any sort. But I’ve a network of excellent and celebrated medical and alternative medical professionals that I can share with you; if required.

Is my confidentiality protected?

100% confidentiality is part of the code of ethics. As a healer, I understand that for people to feel comfortable talking about private and revealing information, they need a safe place to talk about anything they’d like, without fear of that information leaving the room.

Your privacy will be taken seriously unless there’s convincing evidence that you intend to harm yourself or others.
